The
HVD series of degasifiers uses the
only known method for reducing all
three primary contaminants by
treating the transformer oil; the
thermo-vacuum process. This results in a decrease in water, gas and particulate contamination and an increase in the dielectric strength of transformer oil.
The PCB series dechlorinates contaminated oil allowing for re-use as the residual PCB contamination is reduced to below detectable limits. It can be manual, automatic, mobile or
skid-mounted.
In
the electrical industry the gas is
used primarily in circuit breakers,
puffer breakers,
switches and gas insulated switchgear. The SHX series ranges from small handcarts with 20-lb storage to trailer-mounted systems with over 2,000-lb storage.
The
Redragon RFU is a portable handcart
(with optional storage cylinder)
designed to evacuate, vacuum and
refill small sulfur hexafluoride
switchgear and breakers.
OPU
pump units are designed to operate
as either standalone units or
integrated into sophisticated SCADA
systems sitting on top of
Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs
It
is designed to be permanently
attached to a oil filled electrical
device such as tap changers,
transformer, or circuit breakers. It can befitted with a variety of filter cartridges to remove moisture, particles or correct acidity.
The
TOLMS, Transformer Oil Level
Monitoring System
is a system that can be retro-fitted
to existing degasifiers, from Redragon or others, to provide a
means of processing oil on energized
transformers.
The
Series DBPC Anti-Oxidant Inhibitor
System is a
complete system that can be
retro-fitted to any make or model of
high vacuum degasifier or regeneration system. It allows
for the addition of an anti-oxidant
inhibitor to a transformer during
the oil treatment phase of
transformer maintenance.
